Equity Week started in Oakland, California — a city with deep cannabis culture and a pioneering social equity program. We saw how powerful it could be to celebrate local equity businesses while educating the community about safe consumption and social justice.
Oakland proved the model works. Now we're bringing this tested approach to cities nationwide, adapting Equity Week to each community's unique cannabis equity ecosystem. Each town keeps its own personality while building a movement of communities supporting their own.

Make Green Go's mission is to address the issue that equity programs often overlook: encouraging consumers to purchase from equity-owned cannabis businesses throughout the supply chain. We create targeted awareness campaigns combined with cannabis safety education that increase equity product sales by 40-50% and help get products ON dispensary shelves, benefiting Equity businesses. We believe every equity cannabis business deserves customers who know they exist, especially during events like Equity Week.
